ABOUT

FRONT OFFICE

ECE DIRECTOR

Mindy Henry

I earned my Bachelor's degree in education from the University of Arizona and have taken many master level classes in Special Education.  In my professional career, I have had the privilege of working with young children in preschool, after-school care programs and religious school settings.  Ever since I can remember, I have always had a strong desire to work with young children and that passion has strengthened over the years.

It has been over 18 years now, since I first began working at the Strauss ECE and I really enjoy working here.  I love being able to spend my days surrounded by children, while ensuring that they are provided with a wonderful and enriching environment.  I enjoy learning about child development and leadership skills and being able to implement them in my work.

I am married and have two children who were both fortunate enough to attend the Strauss ECE since they were babies!

ASSISTANT DIRECTOR

Anna Mil'man

I have been a teacher for over 30 years and have loved every minute of it.  I began my career after graduating from college and worked in the Ukraine for 20 years. After moving to Arizona, I started working at the Strauss ECE and the years have flown by.  I love seeing children grow and develop as it is an amazing experience to be a part of their life.  I became the Administrative Assistant in 2012 and treasure the daily interactions that I have with parents and teachers alike.

I have been married for 35 years and my husband and I have two adult daughters, one beautiful granddaughter, and three incredible grandsons.

ECE COORDINATOR

Noelle Bozoich

I am excited to now step into the role of ECE Coordinator; that will include being able to meet all the families and get to know all the children at Strauss. Even though I'm now out of a classroom and in an office setting, I look forward to getting to know you and your family and seeing your children grow! I have been working at the Strauss ECE for over 20 years. I began working with children in high school and found such joy, I never left it. Now it is my career and I could not be happier. Education, even at the youngest of ages is vital. That's why it is such a blessing to do what I do everyday.

I have lived in Tucson my whole life and I absolutely love the warm weather. I enjoy music, movies, and books. Also, spending time with family and friends on the weekends.
